By creating an account or using haze, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Contact: support@thehaze.app.

Using haze

haze lets you save places, organize them into lists, and share with friends. You're responsible for your account and for the content you add. You must be at least 13 years old to use haze.

Content you add

You keep ownership of the places, notes, lists, photos, and profile details you create. You grant haze the permission needed to store, display, and share that content with the people you choose (for example, friends you share a list with).

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

haze has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post, upload, or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes others' rights, and not to harass, abuse, or harm other people.

We remove objectionable content and may suspend or remove users who violate these terms. Reports are reviewed and acted on — typically within 24 hours.

Reporting and blocking

Report: open a user's profile, tap the ••• menu, and choose Report. Tell us what's wrong and we'll review it.
Block: open a user's profile, tap the ••• menu, and choose Block. Blocking removes any existing friendship, hides you from each other, and prevents further contact.

Things you can't do

Break the law, or use haze to harm, deceive, or harass others.
Impersonate someone else or misrepresent your identity.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Scrape or bulk-collect other users' data.

Ending your use

You can delete your account any time in Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

haze is provided "as is." Place information (hours, addresses, ratings) comes from third parties and may be inaccurate — verify before you rely on it. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
